Ingredients
For the salmon
- 1 large salmon fillet
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp each of horseradish and coarse mustard (or substitute 1 tablespoon shrimp paste)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Method
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Mix all the marinade ingredients together and spread them over the salmon fillet. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Bake until the internal temperature reaches 130 to 135 degrees F.
- Let the salmon rest for a few minutes so it finishes cooking out of the oven, then serve.
